§ 4-1. Authorization.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the Village Building Inspector is hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets as defined by § 150.10 of the Criminal Procedure Law directing specified persons to appear in the Village Justice Court.
