The Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake Success, County of Nassau, State of New York, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, does hereby enact the following chapter to regulate traffic and the use of vehicles within the corporate limits of the Village of Lake Success.
