§ 101-10. Implementation of provisions.

The provisions of this chapter shall be implemented by the adoption of regulations by the Board of Trustees or by the Chief of Police, who is hereby authorized pursuant to § 1603 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and § 20-2002 of the Village Law to implement and adopt such regulations. Such regulations shall be placed in the Schedule of Traffic Signs which shall be attached to and form a part of this chapter, and a violation of any regulation contained in said schedules shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
