§ 105-155. Purpose.

The inclusion of a district devoted exclusively to hospital use (hereinafter designated the R-O-H District) as part of the comprehensive plan of land use embodied in this chapter is in accord with the development policy of the Village of Lake Success as more specifically set forth in § 105-92.
