§ 105-157. Uses permitted subject to approval.

Only such hospital use as may be approved by the Village of Lake Success Board of Trustees, upon recommendation of the Planning Board, as being in compliance with the development policy of the Village as hereinabove referred to shall be permitted upon condition that such use shall comply in all respects with the performance standards and regulations hereinafter set forth.
