§ 40-1. Prohibition.

It shall be unlawful for weeds, grass and brush or other uncultivated vegetation to grow, or for dead weeds, grass, brush or other uncultivated vegetation to accumulate to a height in excess of eight (8) inches on any plot, parcel or piece of land within the village.
