§ 69-5. Application.

A. 

No license shall be issued except upon proper application in writing to the Clerk of the Village, which application shall include the name and address and mailing address, if different, and description of the applicant; the type of goods, merchandise, commodities or services or periodicals which the applicant proposes to peddle, hawk, vend or solicit orders for; name and address of the corporation, or person, if any, employing the applicant; the principal officers of such corporation or firm; and such other information as may be required.

B. 

The application shall be accompanied by two current passport photos of the applicant, two sets of fingerprints taken by the Village Police Department and the annual license fee as provided by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
