§ 69-8. License fees; exemptions.

A.
Except for persons engaged in interstate commerce, the annual license fee shall be as provided in the Schedule of Fees adopted by resolution of the Board of Trustees.

B.
Any person who claims an exemption from the annual license fee requirements of this article, by virtue of being engaged in interstate commerce, shall file a sworn affidavit with the Village Clerk, which affidavit shall demonstrate that such person is engaged in interstate commerce.
