§ 80-2. Trespassing.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intrude, trespass or enter upon any lot, piece or parcel of land in the Village of Lake Success by foot or in any vehicle or otherwise and/or remain thereon or therein without having first procured the authority or request from the owner or occupant thereof.
