A public hearing shall be held by the Planning Board
after the submission of the final plat, which hearing shall be advertised
at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village and posted
in three conspicuous places within the Village. Notice of the hearing shall
be mailed by the applicant to all owners of properties within 200 feet of
the subdivision by certified mail, not more than 20 and not less than 10 days
prior to the hearing, and an affidavit of mailing shall be filed with the
Village Clerk at least five days prior to the hearing. The applicant shall
also erect a sign in a conspicuous location on the premises. Said sign shall
indicate the name of the subdivider and the date of the public hearing.
