§ 11-3. Acceptance of gifts.

No person to whom this code applies shall accept any valuable gift, whether in the form of services, loan, thing or promise or any other form, from any person, firm, partnership or corporation or association which, to his knowledge, is interested, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, in business or professional dealings with the village or any agency thereof.
